Who we are

SEAS Corp. is a trade name (d/b/a) of Miami Partners LLC, a South Dakota limited liability company, USA. We are responsible for the personal data described in this notice. Contact: info@seascorporate.com.

What we collect

Contact form: your name, company, email, phone, country, your message and your consent. Technical data: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes IP address, device and request data to deliver and protect the site, including a security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) on the contact form.

Client sign-in (authorized users only)

For people who hold a SEAS account under a confidentiality agreement: your name, company, email address and a protected form of your password (we never store the password itself). Each time you sign in or are refused, we record the date and time, your IP address, the approximate location derived from it (country, region, city), your network provider and your browser and device description. Administrators also use an authenticator app. The same SEAS account is used on the SEAS platforms; each platform asks you to sign in on its own website. SEAS administrators receive email alerts about sign-in activity on SEAS accounts.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers. Our web fonts are hosted on our own site. The public pages set no cookies. Client sign-in uses two strictly necessary cookies (a session cookie and a security cookie) and nothing else; your language choice is kept only in your own browser for the current session.

Why we use it

To answer your inquiry, to give authorized clients access to their SEAS services and to keep accounts and the service secure (for example, detecting sign-ins from unusual places or devices). We rely on your consent when you send the form, on your agreement with SEAS for client sign-in, and on our legitimate interest in securing the service.

Who else receives it

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, security and form processing). Messages are delivered to our team's business email accounts, hosted by our email providers; nothing is shared with other parties unless the law requires it.

International transfer

Our team and providers are located in the United States and other countries. By sending the form you consent to your data being transferred and processed outside your country.

How long we keep it

Inquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting business relationship, and then deleted. Sign-in records are kept for 24 months; account details are kept while the account exists. Records of administrator actions (including the administrator's IP address) are kept as a permanent security record.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to info@seascorporate.com. You may also contact your national data-protection authority.
